Ribbon Storage.......

Reds and pinks.....
Yellows, oranges and browns...
Greens.....
Blues and purples.....

Whites, silvers, golds, tans and blacks.....
All ribbon is wrapped on a sturdy 1 1/2" x 2" card. These clear containers are great for storage- as you are able to see through.
I bet you can guess what my favorite color is?

can you tell us what type of box this is as well as what type of paper/cardstock you use for storage? Do you use cardstock like cereal box weight? This is wonderful storage!

I use a heavy weight scrap for rolling it. Bazzill scraps work best. Or an SU cardstock scrap would be good too. The containers you can get at Wal-Mart, Joann's, or Michaels. I actually find them in the bead section. They should be between $1.00-$1.99. I like the Darcie brand best!
Thanks,
~Eve

Hey Eve! I used to store my ribbons in these containers but when we moved I got rid of a ton of my ribbon so I'm slowly rebuilding my supply :) I loved running my hands over the tops of them, lol. I'm such a texture person...

Thanks for the sweet comment on my blog yesterday :)

Hugs! Kinsey

Why do I blog?

I have never been one to keep a journal. I have never been able to write in a diary for more than a week! I have countless scrapbooks that still need to be journaled. I do this in hopes of becoming a better journalist. I do this to document everyday life. I do this so I don't have to scrapbook EVERY picture! I do this for me, our friends and family, & mostly the kids. One day they will have it all - because I took the time to document all the little things that REALLY do matter. Everyday life....all the little moments you & I can't remember because the memories are long gone.......
