I have made all my Christmas cards the past several years. I have tossed around many different ideas about Christmas cards.
-Should I really go to the trouble?
-Make 15 a month instead of 100 in November
-Make about 30 handmade for the people I know appreciate them and don’t toss them in the trash
-Everyone else gets “whatever”
-But really how would I narrow that list down?
-Make a club where people came to my house and we did it together
-Make a class where people come and made the cards. I prep- make a little money?
-Again is that really worth the trouble?
-Sit down and make 7 cards and then realize I can not make up my mind
So which one is your favorite?
1.
2.
3.
4.
5.
6.
7.
hmmm…I am thinking something different now! Something embossed….off to create!

My vote is for number 2 even though all of them are beautiful, I just think number 2 really stands out! I think the idea of having a club and people working all together sounds fun, but I would be jealous and since flying out to California is not in the cards for me right now, I wouldn't do that...or just don't tell me you do! :)Good luck figuring out how to do the Christmas cards. I am having the same dilema.
I love them all but the red rose and the pine cone ones are my favorites.
Let us know what you decide to do. I haven't even made my Thanksgiving cards yet!
WOW!...Eve, they are ALL absolutely beautiful! But, being the traditional kind of gal I am, I'd pick #4.
These are beautiful!!! Personally, I love them all but the purple one, which is #5. That one is just too "mod" for my taste. However, what do you think about doing a set of each card? Then you can still have your 100 cards, but you won't get tired of making all the same card. You could do like 30 cards a month (Sept-Nov) and only do about 15 of each card.
If you do decide to do a class, I want to participate via mail! :-) We'll figure that out somehow!!
Great job, Eve! You are so talented!
Goodness, what a tough choice! I love #1 and all the others are awesome too. I'm lazy and cheap, so I would send a few handmade to those extra special people and all the other regular special people get whatever. I sound like a horrible person, but I'm not!
If I needed to make 100 Christmas cards, then I would probably make several every month with a different design each month.
I really like 2, 4, 6 and 7. But see, if you keep making new ideas, you'll be done before you know it! Or maybe that's what you're going for??? ;o) lyss
#1 or #5.... I love those!!
I like the green one from our family to yours the best... I guess Christmas is traditional time for me....I do understand about sending homemade cards to those who toss and don't appreciate....
Wow, Eve! These are all gorgeous. I think I like the holly one the best but I also really like the Winter Wonderland one also. Tough choices, lol. You are really ambitious to make these!! I bought mine from Tonya last year. ;)
wow...aren't you the ambitious one? i think you should make a few of each and spread the wealth. that way you wouldn't get bored and you wouldn't have to decide between them all. ;)
They are all wonderful! I THINK my favorite is the pinecone/green one....my least favorite is the purple....but I really really like them! :D GOOD LUCK!!!!
OME Eve...How do you make a choice between them?...They are all just gorgeous! I Like all of them but the ones that stand out for me are the rose one and holly one and the winter one...and I like...Oh that's right! You just wanted us to pick a FEW of our favourites...lol!
Wow! Wonderful cards. I am not sure which on to pick though.
Hugs and smiles
Ummm, too hard to decide, I like all of them. If I had to pick only one, I think it would be the pine cones. I make a few each month (that is my goal anyway) and only make a few of each one, because I get bored!
Hey Eve,
Wow........It's hard to really pick one that I really like more that the others! 3,4,& 6 would be my three favorites......but if I had to pick only one it would have to be my favorite number #3.
100 cards is gonna take awhile, once did 30 for a customer and it took me 2 weeks to get them done, tho they were very detailed!

You are incredible!!! My vote is for #4 :o)
