The Girls vs. The Boys......................

We had a Variety Show at the kids school yesterday. To surprise the students the teachers put together "The girls vs. the boys"..............................
Here are the girls........................
(Don't they look cute in their little outfits??)

Mrs. Talley (4th), Ms. Lane (4th) and Mrs. Chiesa (5th)They ROCKED the show!!!!

Boom Boom Pow! Of course it was the CLEAN version!

And here are the guys............
Mr. Barrieau (5th), Mr. Freeman (3rd), and Mr. Knox (4th) Mr. Knox is Lissa's teacher.

They did PRETTY good for only a day and a half of practice.............!!!!!

Burnin' Up They were the Jonas Brothers. I was sitting with the Kindergarden kids when I took these pics. And let me tell you....those poor kids REALLY thought they were the REAL Jonas brothers! Those poor kids are scared for life!!!!!

I don't think I need to tell you who won......let's just say their little hot pink outfits all matched. Maybe the guys should have gone with matching hot pink tube socks!

Our school and our teachers are AWESOME! This is just yet another testiment of that!

That looked like so much fun! I also have to say how great it is to see male elementary school teachers. I am working on my certification and there are only 3 guys out of 30 in my whole class.

Why do I blog?

I have never been one to keep a journal. I have never been able to write in a diary for more than a week! I have countless scrapbooks that still need to be journaled. I do this in hopes of becoming a better journalist. I do this to document everyday life. I do this so I don't have to scrapbook EVERY picture! I do this for me, our friends and family, & mostly the kids. One day they will have it all - because I took the time to document all the little things that REALLY do matter. Everyday life....all the little moments you & I can't remember because the memories are long gone.......
