Here is a little Pirate Book that I made for a Green Tangerines's Design Team Project. I just got a bunch back...so I will be sharing some of them with you! I used the Rusty Pickle Pirate line for most of the book.
I made my own covers using chipboard. Book size is 5x6.

This is crazy, it's so good. Every little bit of it screams "pirate!" Just love it. Like I love that first photo of Johnny/Captain Jack. How funny is he?
